At Love is the Answer, all items are 100% custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or other non-defective reasons.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if approved.
  • Returns or refunds are not available for non-defective custom items.


  • Non-Returnable Items
  • Due to the custom nature of our products:
  • Items made-to-order cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or other preferences cannot be returned.
  • All sales of 100% custom items are final, except for defective or damaged products.

  • Shipping for Replacements
  • If a replacement is approved, Love is the Answer will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
  • Delivery times for replacements may vary based on product availability and shipping location.
