Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Refund & Replacement Policy
Because each item is custom-made:
- No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change of mind.
- Defective products only: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or work with you to resolve the problem.
- We appreciate your understanding that, due to the custom nature of our products, reprinting or remaking items incurs significant costs.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Packages: Contact us if your package is lost, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
- Damaged Items: Only defective items are eligible for replacement. Photos must be provided within 7 days.
- Delayed Shipments: External factors may cause delays; we will keep you informed and assist as best as possible.
